Every analysis has a fixed credit cost: a keyword search or citability scan costs 1 credit, an AI SERP snapshot 6 credits per engine, a brand mentions report 10 credits, and a competitor comparison 15 credits. You spend your credits on any service, in any order.
No. You buy a credit pack once and spend it whenever you want. There is no monthly fee, no seat pricing, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. When you run out, you simply top up again.
Your credits are refunded automatically. If a data provider call fails, the credits for that analysis go straight back to your balance: you only pay for results that are actually delivered.
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Credits are consumed oldest-first, so topping up never shortens the life of the credits you already own.
